30 days return warranty
At Sassy Shih Tzu, Customer Satisfaction is Always our Top Priority. Our dedicated quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check the size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size chart within the product description. Each product has different sizing based on the manufacturer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Return your item within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags.
We work hard to ensure that each item that leaves is not defective. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (model, size and/or colour), Please Contact Us using this Contact Form Here, within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and provide a photo of the defect, and provide us with as much information as you can about your order so we can reference it properly and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
Non-returnable items
The following are NOT eligible for refund and will be denied:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
- Custom Designed Merchandise - We also reserve the right to NOT be eligible for a Refund, depending on the nature, of the Custom Merchandise.

Return processing (if applicable)
Please Contact Us using this Contact Form Here, and Describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. We will email you our warehouse address, and RMA # of where you will have to return the order.
Once we receive your return package, you will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, charged. Based on the nature of the Return, we also reserve the right to charge a 15-20% Restocking fees to recover the costs of Initial Shipping, and Fees Charged on your order.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an order over $ 50, we suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Sassy Shih Tzu is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
